This kind of thing was very new to me and I wasn't sure what to expect, but I came open-minded and I had a really wonderful experience. It was magical under those stars by the fire! The cacao experience was such a great investment and is only the beginning for me! I really enjoyed the whole experience and journey and found it very heart opening. I learned so much about myself, through the journal prompts and breathwork. The mindfulness, breath work will surprise you and you can get quite deep with yourself when prompted by someone else. I really enjoyed the vibe that was felt, a connectedness within the group and an invitation to open up. It’s not something I can describe in words but I feel everyone can benefit from this experience, keeping and open mind is key if you are new.
I choose to give Cacao a go followed by a breathwork, meditation and a Reiki session. I left feeling brand new. It was an amazing experience. Imke is great at what she does. It was a beautiful, relaxing hour spent.
